John Nicholls, President of Nicholls Auction Marketing Group, recently returned from the Republic of Moldova where he participated with of group of 18 people in humanitarian mission work in the poorest country in Eastern Europe.  This small, formerly Communist country, lies between Romania and the Ukraine.  The team left the US on June 23 and returned to the States on July 4.

While in Moldova (average salary is approx. $60 per month) the team helped with medical screenings and diagnosis, medicine distribution, construction projects, youth camps, children's activities, and much more.  According to Nicholls,  "We are so blessed in this country, and sometimes you have to get outside of your comfort zone and the luxuries that we are surrounded with every day, and really get a dose of the reality that many people in this world are hurting."  "Our families have been so blessed, and we try to regularly give back to those less fortunate.  Several people from our firm, while they could not physically go, sent money and supplies that greatly changed these people's lives."
