Bidder Registration

• I acknowledge that I have received a Property Information Package either in person or online.
• I have read the auction terms, conditions and bidding format as set out by Nicholls Auction Marketing Group, Inc., as contained in the Property. Information Package and I completely understand them.
• I understand that the terms and conditions of this auction will be strictly enforced and that there will be no exceptions.
• I certify that I currently have sufficient funds to immediately meet the “Deposit” requirements as called for by the Real Estate Contract of Purchase.
• I have examined the proposed Real Estate Contract of Purchase and I understand that it is a legally binding contract, and it is not contingent upon financing, further inspection, appraisals, or anything else.
• I understand that if I am declared the highest and successful bidder as a result of the auction, I will be required to sign the Real Estate Contract of Purchase and Addendum immediately.
• I understand that a 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to my final bid and is due in addition to my final bid to complete the final purchase price.
