We knew the time was coming that Dad could no longer live in his home.
Since we both are 2 to 3 hours away from Tappahannock, VA , we had no idea who
to use as a real estate agent. We were referred to Nicholls Auction Marketing

selling a house. It was a very different concept for both of us and Kelly was very
patient answering our questions. Based on the cost structure for the seller, we felt

Settlement was scheduled for 30 days after the auction This process was also
painless......lots of communication between Kelly, Lakeside Title and Escrow and
us. Settlement went off without a hitch.
We could not be more grateful to Kelly for all his help. The money from the sale
came just in time for Dad's move to assisted living. We will not hesitate to share
Kelly's contact information for anyone selling a home.
